If a Black Hawk Memorial Company memorial proves defective we will redesign and re-letter the memorial in substantially identical form at no cost to the purchaser or his or her heirs. Delivery and re-setting of the memorial will be completed at no cost to the purchaser or his or her heirs.

If the foundation constructed by Black Hawk Memorial Company proves to be defective and the memorial on it tips, we will level and/or replace the foundation and reset the memorial at no cost to the purchaser or his or her heirs.
